We procure specialist ink and coatings which have been developed over decades to work correctly with plastic substrates. Our ink cure is described as ‘bullet-proof’ by customers and suppliers. Samples are available on request.
We are experts in B2 die-cutting, hole punching, ram punching, bespoke automated stripping and separation.
Our rare Whirlwind stringing machine is capable of applying elastic ties to a multitude of tags, labels and other bespoke products.
We can supply hand work and fulfilment services such as product assembly, collation and packaging.

Tear-resistant, lightweight, cost-effective, widely recycled. PP is recommended for a wide range of applications in the UK as it can be recycled multiple times before end of life. At end-of-life PP, when incinerated as waste-to-energy, has a high calorific yield and low emissions.
Highly durable due to its relative density. Frequently used in food and drinks packaging. Clear PET is often called ‘Bottle Plastic’ and recycled as such however, once printed with conventional inks, PET does not follow the same stream and typically ends up in the ‘Jazz’ mixed waste stream.
Light weight, cheap, tough & long-lasting, PVC has been used for a wide range of presentation products such self-adhesive stickers. Comparatively PVC is not widely recycled in the UK or easy to deal with at end-of-life.
Printed in its rigid, high-impact polystyrene form, PS is lightweight but relatively brittle due to a pronounced grain direction. PS is not widely recycled in the UK. We’d recommend PP for use in the majority of applications.
We have experience in printing lenticular on a range of lenses and can finish. Customer supplied artwork is required.
